Refund policy
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us right away. Please understand we have a team that packs and ships out orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Some orders are packed and shipped out within hours of the order being placed. Once the order has already been packed and dropped off at the post office, we cannot cancel your order.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on custom orders.

If your return is accepted, YOU will be responsible for paying for the return shipping label to ship the order back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return to sender orders that are sent back to our office will be sent back out if the customer pays for the cost of reshipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damages and email them to us, so we can replace your order immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, due to health code reasons. We do not accept returns on the conjure oils or bath products, but if your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, we will replace it at no additional charge. If you placed a custom order with us (i.e., custom candle, bath potion, conjure powder etc.) we do not accept returns or exchanges. Skip The Line Pass for expedited shipping is nonrefundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
