Shipping policy

All of our products are made to order, so please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out. All orders are shipped through USPS (Priority Mail). Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the day it is shipped out. Shipping times can be longer depending on your location, holidays, and if there are transit delays. 

If you purchased the Skip the Line Pass your order will be expedited and shipped within 24-48 hours. If for any reason USPS experiences a transit delay and your order arrives later than standard shipping times, we are not responsible, and the pass is nonrefundable. Skip the Line Pass is for your order to be processed faster, but we cannot promise USPS will not experience delays once the item is shipped. To purchase the pass, click here.

We only accept orders within the USA. We currently do not ship internationally.
